Responsibilities included Applications Programming and Performance Tuning: Designed, tested and implemented (using Visual Basic) database applications for information gathering, reporting and analysis for Housekeeping (service request log), Assault Event Tracking, Restraint and Seclusion Tracking; Applications System Development and Technical Consulting and Assistance: collaborated with EEO departments of DMH and EOHHS in planning of and participated in development, documentation, unit testing and deployment of EO/AA Compliance Tracking System (implemented in ACCESS Basic).

1993 - 1996: Data Management Consultant, MA DMH AIT. Responsibilities included documentation, maintenance, support and publication of the Monthly Management Indicators Report, In addition to general participation in development of queries, reports, report graphics, and data repositories, assisted in in-house training of Central Office personnel in the procedures and operation of PC-based data query and report generating tools and other applications programs.
