I need a photo The following information was sent to the site from Captain James Jordan, USN, ret. Mr. Jordan served aboard the Charles P. Cecil as an Ensign/Ltjg, and LT from 1962-1965.

Attached is an article I clipped out of the current issue of Shipmate magazine, the Naval Academy alumni magazine. This man was the first CO who recently passed away. I think he lived in Connecticut.
