Please put a note on the site that a TV company in Toronto, Cine-Nova Productions, is working on a documentary of the Cuban Quarantine, with considerable focus on Cecil's surfacing of the Russian submarine. This will include a re-enactment of the action, using actors on a Canadian destroyer on Lake Michigan, which is as close as they can get to the real thing. They are looking for pictures and other items of interest. They have been through the roster on the web site of members on board at or near the time of the action, and will contact those who displayed items possibly of use in the film, if they can contact them by telephone or e-mail. The documentary will be shown on the Discovery Channel near the 40th anniversary of the October 1962 action. Your assistance will be welcomed.
