Ed,

May I suggest adding a couple of links to the GrassRoots website?

The first one is - April 2006 Telegraph Article

This is an excellent article by Ashley Smith of the Nashua Telegraph published in April 2006. It may even be the first one done anywhere. It gives a very comprehensive over view of the project. In the article, Brian Sciera, vice president of lifestyle centers for W/S is referred to in this way - "If the lifestyle center at Riverplace is anything like the one called Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio - a project Sciera, of W/S cited as similar - it could (be) as much of a tourist destination as a shopping center."

That prompted me to find this web site - "Eye in the Sky"

This provides you with a 360 degree panoramic view of the lifestyle center in Columbus. You can scroll from side to side, up, down, and can zoom in close for details. My first reaction was awe, followed by a kind of horror. It is an impressive place alright, and they certainly are trying to "recreate an American downtown". But it is a downtown as presented by Disney World, or perhaps Steven Spielberg. It looks nice, but it is, after all, a fake. And the size! It is supposed to be about one million square feet. It sure make you wonder what 2 million looks like. I don't think I want to find out.
