With regard to Green  Meadows Golf Club, Inc's attendance at the 
Planning Board meeting held on September 12,2007:
 
Towards the end of the Green Meadows 2-hour appearance before the Board, 
the Green Meadows representative presented a notional proposal for the 
possible development of the Green Meadows property.
 
This notional proposal included (as I understood the presentation) 
the following:
 
        1.    Lifestyle Center      450,000 sq ft
 
        2.    Retail A (box)        300,000 sq ft
 
        3.    Retail B (box)        115,000 sq ft
 
        4.    Retail C (box)        115,000 sq ft
 
        5.    Office park           175,000 sq ft
 
        6.    CCRC                  55 acres
               (Continuing Care Retirement Community)
        
        7.    Hotel and/or Convention Ctr and/or Retail  50 acres
  
One note of interest, the CCRC is proposed to be located on an east-west 
line north or and adjacent to the Eagle/Fairway Drive residential area.
 
The next appearance by Green Meadows Golf Club, Inc. has been scheduled for 
14 Nov (Wednesday).
