IMHO

I agree. Joan's approach can be helpful in determining what realities have
taken place; perhaps more so than what our response will be.

Our Mental Model can be clouded daily by many independent realities, postive
and negative. For instance, health is one that can go either way. Our Systems
Thinking should recognise archetypes, in both our personal and interconnected
systems, and act appropriately, independent of our mood (or PMA). In Building
a Shared Vision, a key is to build partnerships which reinforce our vision,
so that the negatives do not take hold.

Accurately determining the the current situation is paramount. Hopefully we
may then avoid the flight/fight response.

Kind regards
